First, I would like to emphasize, we want to reassure you that we are maintaining all critical operations. You can be confident that you will have access to your funds. Starting this week, we have implemented a proper staff rotation in preparation for the ever-changing demands and contingencies within our branches. Additionally, our lenders and loan support staff continue to be here to assist with any questions, concerns or needs that you may have.
As a reminder it is now easier than ever to bank from the comfort of your home by accessing Online Banking, the Mobile App, Voice Access and Bill Pay, all available from your computer or mobile device. You can continue to check balances, transfer funds, and pay bills.
We will continue to review and monitor CDC updates and recommendations and make updates as necessary. We would like to encourage you to take measures to protect yourself and your loved ones.
